Global Strategic Sourcing Manager

Position SummaryThis high-impact role is responsible for managing the full strategic supply chain for assigned categories/commodities with up to $100M in annual spend. You will lead supplier selection, development, and performance while partnering cross-functionally to reduce total cost, improve quality and delivery, and support both current and future product needs. If you excel at negotiation, data-driven decision making, and turning market intelligence into winning strategies, this is your opportunity to make a significant business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn performance and development of the supply base for your assigned categoriesDevelop and execute comprehensive category/commodity strategies that balance internal business objectives with external market dynamicsDrive continuous total cost improvement across the supply chainBuild and manage robust supplier portfolios focused on cost, delivery, quality, warranty, and commercial termsDesign and lead a data-driven, cross-functional cost-reduction program — identifying, prioritizing, and executing projects on an ongoing basisPartner closely with Engineering on new product strategy and launch plansIdentify, qualify, onboard, and rationalize suppliers to optimize the supply baseNegotiate and manage all supplier agreements (NDAs, long-term contracts, stocking agreements, bailment agreements, etc.) to secure best total value, flexibility, and risk protectionMonitor and improve key supply chain metrics (quality, on-time delivery, cost, cash, warranty)Leverage supply analytics tools and systems to generate actionable insights for both daily operations and long-term strategyDevelop contingency and risk mitigation plans for sole-source and critical itemsTravel 20%–50% as needed to support supplier relationships and business objectivesQualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field3–5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, including both strategic and tactical responsibilitiesProven track record in supplier negotiation and contract managementStrong experience developing and executing supply chain strategiesLean manufacturing environment experience preferredSolid knowledge of category management, supplier quality, transportation (domestic & international), and supply analyticsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft OfficeHands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems, supplier portals, and control towersExcellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skillsAbility to thrive in a dynamic environment and influence at all levels of the organizationIf you're a strategic, analytical, and collaborative supply chain professional ready to take ownership of significant spend and deliver real bottom-line results, we want to hear from you!We are an equal opportunity employer.
