The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment in construction settings, including bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, and water trucks.**Responsibilities:**Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as Caterpillar machinery, backhoes, loaders, and tankersPerform tasks including bulldozing, paving, and excavation on construction sitesEnsure equipment is in good working condition by conducting regular inspections and maintenanceSafely transport materials using water trucksFollow safety protocols and guidelines at all times**Skills:**Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, and water trucksMechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with equipmentExperience working on construction sites and familiarity with construction processesAbility to operate Caterpillar machinery efficientlyCompetency in backhoe operation for excavation tasksIf you are a skilled Equipment Operator with experience in heavy equipment operation and a background in construction, we encourage you to apply.Job Type: Full-timePay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hourBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offSchedule:Home dailyHome weekendsOvertimeExperience:Heavy equipment operation: 4 years (Required)License/Certification:CDL A (Preferred)Ability to Commute:Various Jobsites throughout Salt Lake and Utah CountyWork Location: In person
