Sales Closer — Real Estate Acquisitions (Will Train)
Acquisitions Closer — Real Estate Experience a Plus, But We'll Train the Right Salesperson (Hi-Land Properties / We Buy Ugly Houses®)Location: South Florida — Broward, Palm Beach & Treasure Coast (field-based)About Us Hi-Land Properties is a HomeVestors of America franchise and one of the most active residential home-buying operations in South Florida — closing 125 to 150+ properties a year across fix-and-flip, wholesale, and retail. We run a systemized, tech-forward shop with real lead flow, a structured CRM, and live sales coaching. Our intake team sets qualified appointments for you — and the closers who earn the most also generate their own. You show up, connect, and close. The Role We're hiring a full-time Acquisitions Specialist to meet with motivated home sellers, build rapport, evaluate properties, and negotiate signed purchase agreements. We'll train you on the numbers, the paperwork, and the property side — that's all learnable. What we can't teach is the ability to sell. That's what you already bring. What You'll Do Run approximately 10 pre-set, in-person seller appointments per week across the tri-county area. Build genuine rapport fast and uncover what's really driving the seller. Walk the property, present the offer, handle objections, and secure the signed agreement. Generate your own leads and referrals to supplement company-provided appointments — the more deals you create, the more you earn. Keep clean, disciplined records in our CRM and take part in ongoing call-review and sales coaching.Who Thrives Here We care more about sales talent than real estate background. Some of the strongest people in this role come from unexpected places — top car salespeople who live on rapport, urgency, and the close, and former law enforcement who read people well and stay calm under pressure. If you have a proven, verifiable track record of closing in a high-stakes, face-to-face environment, you're exactly who we want to talk to.What You Bring A real, provable sales record (we will ask for numbers). Confidence and assertiveness without being pushy. The ability to connect with people in emotional, complex situations — probate, divorce, pre-foreclosure, tired landlords. A self-starter mentality — you don't wait for leads to come to you. Strong follow-up discipline. Reliability, hustle, and coachability. Reliable transportation and availability for some weekend appointments. No real estate license required — you'll be buying on the company's behalf, not acting as an agent.Compensation Performance-based with strong earning potential — top closers in this role can earn well into six figures. Full structure discussed in the interview. To Apply Send your resume and a few sentences on your best sales numbers — what you sold, how much, and how consistently. Show us you can close.
