Implementation Manager

Covering all aspects of Manufacturing, Distribution, CRM, Financials and associated functions, WinMan has been developed from the ground up as an integrated business system for forward thinking enterprises.Role SummaryThe primary role of an Implementation Manager is to effectively implement the WinMan ERP system in accordance with the requirements of the contract, the customer and the organization. This involves a full life-cycle business focused implementation achieved by effective communications with customer project teams and stakeholders.The role requires a good understanding of manufacturing business consultancy, business analysis and project planning. There will be occasional travel throughout North America to customer sites.Implementation managers typically manage around 3 projects at any one time depending upon size and complexity and some out of hours work will be required.Main Tasks·       Business process analysis and gap analysis·       Identification of manufacturing business issues and assistance with resolution of same·       Managing projects and project documentation in line with the requirements of the Quality System·       Managing project time and cost against budget·       Ensuring that all contractual obligations are met·       Specification of bespoke work and customizations·       Liaison with other WinMan departments for the timely delivery of required bespoke work and customizations·       Software testing of bespoke work and customizations·       Assist the customer with business change management issues
