Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Property Manager located in Norfolk, VA. The role involves overseeing day-to-day property management responsibilities, including lease administration, managing leases, conducting lease negotiations, maintaining tenant relations, and ensuring the overall property operations comply with company standards. The Commercial Property Manager will work closely with vendors, property owners, and tenants to deliver high-quality service and ensure smooth property operations. Qualifications Proficiency in Lease Administration, Lease Negotiations, and understanding of property leasing processesStrong Communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with tenants, property owners, and service providersExperience in Property Management, including day-to-day operations and handling of commercial propertiesDetail-oriented approach with strong organizational skillsProficiency in property management software and tools is preferredBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is a plusKnowledge of local regulations and real estate laws is beneficial
