Lead Salesforce Developer

Salary is 150k to 180k + bonusThis role leads the design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce capabilities with a focus on scalable Salesforce architecture, customer data integrity, and seamless integration with core operational systems. The position requires a technically strong, hands-on Salesforce development lead who can shape solution design, guide delivery teams, and ensure robust data governance and platform reliability across large-scale programs.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferredExperience building and delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning ExperienceExperience leading technical teams.Strong skills in customer master data management (MDM), including identity resolution, duplicate management, and governance across Salesforce or integrated platformsHands-on technical skills in Salesforce development and integration technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and REST/SOAP APIsSalesforce certifications (Platform Developer II and/or Architect-level) strongly preferredStrong ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate effectively across technical and business groupsExperience with Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices in large-scale enterprise environments
