This includes the full value stream from raw materials to finished goods within the facility. The Production Superintendent particularly focuses on safely producing high quality products in line with established production standards. This role serves as the main point of contact in the absence of the Production Manager. Responsibilities Embody, engage, model, and ensure safety throughout the site. Uphold all Health, Safety, Environmental, Energy and Quality in compliance with the law and ISO standards. Manage Plant workforce for the crew assigned. Lead and mentor all primary workforce within the building during time onsite. Lead Daily Shift Communication Meetings with the off-going shift leadership team and with the on-coming shift at the end of shift.
