Senior Analyst, Client Service and Repair - Jewelry

Job SummaryThe key objective in this position is to ensure Jewelry New Sale Alterations (NSA) and Client Owned Merchandise (COM) Repairs are processed according to established procedures while meeting agreed upon delivery dates. This requires constant communication between Retail, our internal departments and our Workshops. This also requires an operations and systems-oriented background.Key Duties, Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesRespond to After Sales related alteration and repair inquires in a professional and timely manner to Retail Salons.Facilitate confirmed client orders in the allotted timeframes with the help of the applicable Workshops: this includes systematic transfers and processes, intercompany communication, technical reviews with management and creating client facing Estimate Forms utilizing appropriate business language, facilitating and managing the order, monitoring its timely completion and transfer for shipment within established procedures.Processing work orders, inclusive of updating the item variant card and cross-referencing invoices against expected charges.Conduct monthly physical inventory, research and resolve discrepancies.Identify areas for process improvements and efficiencies.Manage special projects and reports at the request of Management.Job Qualifications5+ years or more prior experience in administrative order processing and client services required; Luxury Retail preferred, jewelry expertise not required as this role focuses on administrative tasks.Analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.Highly organized and extremely detail oriented.Ability to multi-task in a fastidious environment with ever changing priorities.Competence in displaying good judgment with a heightened sense of urgency and transparent decision-making skills.Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.Strong verbal and professional business writing and communication skills.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office with focus on Excel; strong operational background required.College degree, B.A. preferred.
