Apply via Dice today!Job Title: Senior Exchange/365 AdminLocation: Philadelphia, PANote: Work Mode: 1st 90 days onsite; Hybrid, minimum 2 days in the office thereafterInterview Schedule: 1st interview, 30min virtual; 2nd interview, 1hr virtual or in-personJob Description:We are seeking a Senior Azure Cloud Engineer to operate, enhance, and expand our existing Azure environment.This role will take ownership of day-to-day Azure infrastructure operations while driving improvements,supporting new projects, and making sound architectural decisions.Key Responsibilities:Operate and maintain the existing Azure landing zone and subscription structureEnsure high availability, performance, and reliability of Azure workloadsManage core services including networking, compute, storage, identity, and monitoringServe as the primary Azure subject matter expertDesign and implement new Azure infrastructure as business needs ariseExtend and evolve the current landing zone architectureLead infrastructure components of application deploymentsEvaluate new Azure services and recommend adoption where appropriateMake architectural decisions aligned with best practices and long-term scalabilityPartner with security teams on hardening initiativesManage Azure networking including VNet peering, private endpoints, NSGsAutomate operational tasks using PowerShell or Azure CLIStandardize deployment patterns and documentationManage Azure Monitor and Log AnalyticsImplement proactive alerting and health monitoringManage budgets, reservations, and cost reporting Required Qualifications:5 8+ years of infrastructure experience4+ years of hands-on Azure experience in production environmentsExperience operating and improving an existing Azure landing zoneStrong Azure networking knowledge (VNet peering, VPN, Private Endpoints, NSGs)Experience with Azure Policy, RBAC, and governance frameworksInfrastructure as Code experience (Terraform strongly preferred)Strong PowerShell or Azure CLI automation skillsExperience supporting hybrid cloud environmentsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsMonitor server performance, diagnostic tests, and failovers.Work with different PGW teams to troubleshoot applications.Participating in disaster recovery exercisesAdminister and maintain hybrid identity solutions (Entra ID / Azure AD Connect) and cloud-only identity environments.Provide administration and policy management for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams and Intune.Experience with managing devices and policies in Intune.Lead Office 365 projects as primary contact for technical support.
