A company is looking for a Remote Training Instructor to join their Learning & Talent Development team.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate learning opportunities for new and existing employees
Deliver various training formats including technical, soft skill, compliance, and customer service training
Assess development opportunities and document training activities within the Learning Management System
Required Qualifications
High school diploma; some college coursework preferred
Minimum of two years' experience in developing adult learners, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment
Experience in the development and application of Adult Learning Principles
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to perform basic troubleshooting with students regarding technology-related issues
