Description A healthcare organization in Mobile, Alabama is seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care to adult patients in a value-based care setting.The physician will evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver patient-centered healthcare.
