School-Based Physical Therapist - Brockport, New York

Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This contract Physical Therapy position offers a flexible and rewarding opportunity within a dynamic K-12 school setting, serving students from elementary through high school. Located in a vibrant college town environment just outside Rochester, NY, and close to Niagara Falls, this role provides a collaborative work atmosphere across one campus housing five schools: three elementary, one middle, and one high school. Responsibilities: Deliver Physical Therapy services primarily through 1:1 or 2:1 sessions tailored to student needs. Manage a caseload of approximately 8 to 10 sessions daily, with flexibility to serve multiple schools on the same campus. Focus exclusively on direct therapy services without the requirement to participate in MTSS meetings. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student progress and well-being. Key Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist with experience providing services in school settings. Ability to effectively manage individual and small group therapy sessions across various grade levels (elementary to high school). Flexibility to work full time (37.5 hours per week) or part time, based on personal preference. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to thrive within a team-focused educational environment. Additional Details: Contract duration is from ASAP through the end of the current school year. Easy commuting options with proximity to a college campus as well as being approximately one hour from Niagara Falls and 20 minutes from Rochester.
