Sr. Netsuite Developer
Overview:
As Sr. NetSuite Developer you will act as the principal architect for NetSuite and its integrations, automations, and AI solutions. You will define the technical vision for NetSuite, establish standards, and lead transformational AI initiatives that align with financial controls. You will partner with leadership to drive enterprise-wide data flows, governance, and secure, scalable architecture. Responsibilities:
- Define NetSuite technical vision for customization, integration, automation, and AI across the organization
- Design cross-platform architectures linking NetSuite with systems like Workday and Snowflake
- Develop and govern integration strategies, data flow, reconciliation, and error handling
- Lead AI innovation for NetSuite processes with safeguards for data protection
- Establish engineering standards, code review practices, and sandbox-to-production deployment
- Define quality strategy including testing aligned with NetSuite release cycles
- Set reference data architecture for NetSuite data in enterprise data warehouse (Snowflake)
- Drive technology transformation and roadmaps for adopting new LLMs and NetSuite capabilities
- Create governance and change control frameworks including SOX compliance and role design
- Architect security and authentication (token-based, OAuth 2.0) for integrations
Key requirements:
- 8+ years in software engineering or automation 5+ years developing on NetSuite with technical leadership
- Experience architecting low-code/no-code and AI-driven solutions
- Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives across multiple teams
- Understanding of NetSuite financial and HR data flows (GL, subledgers, period close, employee records)
