Controller- One Fire Holding Company

We're looking for a hands-on Controller for One Fire holding company who thrives in a fast-moving, multi-entity environment and wants to play a meaningful role in driving operational accountability. This is not a back-office role - this position partners directly with leadership to ensure financial clarity, cash discipline, and strong asset performance across a diverse real estate and operating portfolio.What You'll DoLead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processesOversee GL/ AP/AR, reconciliations, and payroll coordinationMonitor rent collections, tenant receivables, and cash flowProvide clear reporting on NOI, EBITDA, and property performanceSupport annual budgets and rolling forecastsMaintain internal controls and strengthen financial processesAssist with lender reporting, audits, and tax coordinationPartner with GMs and property leaders on cost control and operational performanceWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in accounting or finance (CPA preferred)7–10+ years of progressive accounting experienceMulti-entity and consolidation experienceBackground in commercial real estate, hospitality, or multi-location operations preferredStrong analytical skills and operational mindsetPlus: Experience with mixed-use assets, event-driven revenue models, or commercial tenant receivablesThis is a visible leadership role with direct interaction with executive leadership and ownership, ideal for a Controller who wants operational impact - not just reporting responsibility.
