Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Camarillo, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing professional with experience in electro-mechanical assembly, soldering, coating, testing, and inspection. The Electro-Mechanical Assembler will support daily production flow by assembling components, performing soldering and coating processes, verifying product quality, and entering production activity into an ERP system. Key Responsibilities Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications. Perform through-hole soldering, basic SMT soldering, conformal coating, masking, spraying, touch-up, and RTV application. Use hand tools and pneumatic equipment to prepare components and complete assembly processes. Conduct inspections and basic product software testing to confirm accuracy, completeness, and quality compliance. - Follow IPC-A-610, ESD, ISO, safety, cleanliness, and internal quality procedures. Enter daily and weekly production activity into an electronic ERP system and maintain an organized work area. Compensation and Benefits Pay: $22 to $23 per hour. Job Type: Temp-to-Hire. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Overtime: Availability for overtime, early starts, late shifts, and occasional weekends is required. Location: Camarillo, CA.
