The Desk Adjuster will be responsible for handling insurance claims, assessing damages, and preparingdetailed and accurate estimates . This role requiresproficiency in Xactimateand a strong understanding of insurance claim processes. The adjuster will be expected to evaluate property damage, interpret policy coverages, and collaborate with attorneys and insurance carriers to facilitate fair claim resolutions.The ability to write estimates is essential for this position. Qualifications Bachelors in Engineering is required Licensing as a Public Adjuster is helpful CPCU designationor progress toward CPCU is helpful. Proficiency in Xactimateand the ability to writeaccurate and detailed estimates . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy in claim handling. Ability to work effectively in afast-pacedenvironment. Knowledge ofinsurance policies, regulations, and claim processes . Previous experience in claims adjusting or insurance estimating is aplus .
