Located in: Tulsa, OklahomaReports to: Field Service ManagerCollaborates with: All DepartmentsPrimary Responsibility: This position is responsible for leading and managing a team of Field Service technicians to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of existing equipment, commissioning of new equipment, and telephone customer support.What You'll Do:Proven experience as a supervisor leading multiple Field Service Technicians in a technical fieldCollaborate with engineering, project management, and other departments to improve processes and productivityProvide telephone support to customers and MIRATECH Field Service Technicians including troubleshooting and replacement parts identification Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Commission and service MIRATECH equipment if needed to maintain customer scheduleParticipate in hiring, training, and onboarding new Field Service TechniciansIdentify training needs and implement skill development programs for Field Service TechniciansFollow up customer calls after service work completion Keep up to date on company products, services, and proceduresStrict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards Coordinate with Field Service Manager to assign tasks, schedule work, and manage team\'s workload effectivelyMaintain test equipment and special tools calibration What Qualifies You:Working knowledge of industrial instrumentation & controls including analog transmitters, temperature/pressure measuring devices, PID controls. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to mentor and develop new MIRATECH Field Service TechniciansDemonstrated ability to make independent decisions and work in a loosely structured environment Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent problem-solving skills 25 - 50% overnight travel - with higher concentrations during peak seasons. 10+ years prior field service technician experience or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Proficient with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Applicant must pass a proficiency test.
