Job Title: Twilio DeveloperLocation: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Twilio Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and maintenance of communication solutions leveraging the Twilio platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Twilio products, SMS workflows, API integrations, and customer engagement solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain communication solutions using Twilio APIs (SMS, Voice, Video, etc.), with a strong focus on messaging solutions.Create and manage two-way SMS workflows using Twilio Studio and Twilio Flows.Build and maintain automated messaging systems, notifications, and customer engagement workflows.Develop and manage messaging campaigns using the Twilio communications platform.Integrate Twilio solutions with Salesforce and other enterprise applications, including pharmacy and healthcare platforms.Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Twilio services, integrations, and messaging workflows.Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer/support as needed.Ensure solution reliability, scalability, and performance.Required Skills2+ years of hands-on experience with:Twilio CEPTwilio CPaaSTwilio FlexTwilio EngageTwilio APIsExperience building:Two-way SMS solutionsAutomated messaging systemsCustomer communication workflowsMessaging campaignsStrong experience with:REST APIsWebhooksAPI IntegrationsProficiency in:JavaScriptNode.jsPythonExperience integrating Twilio with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce.Strong understanding of web technologies and distributed application architecture.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred SkillsSalesforce Integration ExperienceAWS, Azure, or other Cloud PlatformsCI/CD Tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)Healthcare or Pharmacy domain experienceCustomer Engagement and Contact Center solutionsQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
