Our mission is to deliver intelligence you can trust, for a better world tomorrow.About The RoleThe Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for executing the EROAD North American marketing plan, with a strong focus on implementation, content delivery, and sales enablement across prioritised North American verticals.This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role that brings campaigns, content, and ABM programmes to life in market, supporting North America’s commercial priorities.The role works in close partnership with the North American Sales team, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and the global Marketing Centre of Excellence (CoE) to execute shared demand generation, ABM, lifecycle marketing, and campaign delivery frameworks.Job ResponsibilitiesNorth American Marketing ExecutionExecute North American demand generation campaigns aligned to the regional marketing plan and priority verticalsImplement and maintain ABM programmes, including upkeep of scrubbed target account lists aligned with SalesBuild and launch campaigns in HubSpot, including:Landing pagesForms and nurture sequencesCampaign workflows and personalisationCoordinate campaign activation across paid media, LinkedIn, and digital channels with the global performance marketing teamManage and reconcile campaign budgets in accordance with EROAD policiesContent Production & Sales EnablementDeliver content programmes with third-party publishers and internal stakeholdersCoordinate short-form video content with sales engineers, sales representatives, and customer advocatesBuild personalised and rep‑branded sales collateral, refreshing and repurposing content through an ICP lensMaintain Marketing and Sales SharePoint folders as the single source of truth for North American contentSupport sales outbound prospecting efforts with packaged content for engagement toolsAdminister the gifting platform, including user access and balance managementHubSpot & Campaign ImplementationBuild campaigns, workflows, email templates, and segmented lists within the HubSpot NA portalMaintain list hygiene, lifecycle discipline, and data quality, escalating governance issues to RevOpsPartner with the global CoE and expert consultants on:Campaign governanceNaming conventionsAttribution set-upAnalytics & ReportingMaintain executive summary dashboards and contribute to senior leadership reportingAnalyse campaign performance and optimise future campaigns based on results and learningsShare insights and outcomes with the global CoEImplement test-and-learn and A/B testing frameworks, reporting results to inform global best practiceGlobal Alignment & CoE ContributionExecute North American marketing activity aligned with CoE frameworks across:GTM executionCRM usageLifecycle managementBrand guardrailsContribute to global content libraries and ABM frameworksPartner with Australia and New Zealand counterparts to share assets, learnings, and regional adaptationsWhat You’ll BringStrong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution disciplineProven content production expertise working with internal and external creative teamsStrong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and global stakeholdersAnalytical mindset with confidence interpreting funnel and campaign metricsAbility to manage multiple concurrent campaigns in a fast-paced environmentCustomer-centric and solutions-focused approachSkills & Required ExperienceMinimum 7 years’ B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or industrial sectorsHands-on experience executing campaigns in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platformsProven experience partnering with Sales teams on demand generation and enablementExperience producing written, digital, visual, and short-form video contentWorking knowledge of ABM platforms (e.g. 6sense, Demandbase) and sales engagement toolsExperience supporting sales enablement via SharePoint or similar platformsExposure to North American transport, logistics, cold chain, telematics, or fleet management sectors is highly regardedStrong written English skills with the ability to adapt messaging across regions and personasComfortable working in a distributed, global team across multiple time zonesWhy You’ll Love Working at EROADEROAD is a true Kiwi success story in the tech sector.
