Our team operates with a high-performance mindset built on accountability, consistency, and ownership.About The RoleWe are hiring Sales Associates (Program Advisors) who are driven to grow our membership base, execute a proven sales process, and deliver a world-class client experience.This is a sales-focused role, not a front desk position.You will be responsible for:Following up with leadsBooking first visit assessmentsSupporting the in-studio experienceClosing clients into personalized stretch programsYou will report directly to the Studio General Manager and play a key role in achieving studio revenue and membership goals.What You’ll DoDrive Sales & Revenue GrowthExecute the full sales cycle: lead follow-up → appointment booking → in-studio support → closingRecommend the right program based on client goals (not just a one-time service)Achieve monthly targets for:Appointments bookedShowsNew Membership Units (NMUs)Starter PacksMaintain a 50%+ close rate on qualified prospectsGenerate Leads & Build CommunityPerform daily outreach to new and existing leads (calls, texts, emails)Meet and exceed activity expectations:50+ prospect contacts per dayWeekly text and email campaignsConsistent social media engagementHelp drive organic leads through referrals, events, and partnershipsParticipate in and support local marketing events and pop-upsDeliver an Exceptional Client ExperienceEnsure every client interaction is professional, welcoming, and educationalReinforce the value of consistency, progression, and long-term resultsBuild relationships that drive retention and referralsSupport Studio OperationsUse ClubReady (CRM) to manage leads, appointments, and sales trackingMaintain accurate records and follow-upsSupport studio cleanliness and organizationParticipate in team trainings and performance coachingWhat We’re Looking ForMust-Have SkillsStrong sales, communication, and interpersonal skillsConfidence in presenting and closingAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer and CRM proficiencyPreferred ExperienceSales experience (fitness, wellness, retail, or service industry)Experience with CRM systems (ClubReady, Club OS, etc.)Interest in fitness, health, or mobilityWho You AreYou take ownership of your resultsYou are goal-driven and competitiveYou are comfortable having direct sales conversationsYou understand that activity drives performanceYou are coachable and committed to improving dailyYou thrive in a team-first, high-accountability environmentSchedule RequirementsFlexible schedule (full-time or part-time)Must be available for evenings and weekendsAvailability may vary based on studio and event needsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base hourly pay (based on experience)Commission on collected revenueCareer growth opportunities into leadership rolesEmployee discounts on retail and servicesGrowth OpportunitiesWe promote from within.
