Receive support and training from the Director of Sales, collaborating with various departments including sales support, client services, and marketing. Multiple positions are available across different territories and states nationwide.Responsibilities Convert prospects into clients by highlighting unique selling points. Assess financial situations and provide tailored solutions to high-net-worth individuals. Educate potential clients on the firm's diverse offerings. Participate in ongoing training on sales techniques, finance, and portfolio management. Conduct meetings face-to-face or virtually within the local territory.Qualifications 5+ years of financial services experience. Preferred qualifications include FINRA Series 65 or a combination of FINRA Series 7 and 66. Proven track record of results-driven success. Experience in high-volume phone activity and conducting in-person meetings.CompensationThis commission-based position offers a variable pay structure, starting at $100,000, with potential for performance-based earnings. Compensation includes a percentage of the estimated first year's management fees and additional bonuses.
