As an Analytics & BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing Power BI dashboards, building semantic data models, and writing DAX measures that turn data into actionable insight for stakeholders across program controls, facilities development, procurement, planning, and facilities management. This role requires advanced Power BI skills, a solid grasp of relational databases and SQL, and a proven track record of translating cross-functional reporting needs into clear, reliable analytics solutions.Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports across program areas including program controls, facilities development, procurement, planning, and facilities managementDesign semantic data models and write DAX measures to support reporting requirementsManage dashboard publishing, user access configuration, and report lifecycleCollaborate with stakeholders across divisions to gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutionsSupport data validation and quality checks on incoming pipeline data to ensure reporting accuracyRequired Skills & ExperienceAdvanced Power BI skills including data modeling, DAX, and report publishingSolid understanding of relational databases and SQLAbility to work cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholdersExperience with government program reporting is a plusFamiliarity with project management and scheduling platforms is a plus
