This role is both the front door and the operational backbone of our office. You shape how people experience Ambiq every day, from first impressions to daily interactions.Why This Role Matters NowThe next 18 months will be a particularly exciting time for this role as we transition into a new, larger office to support our growth. You will be at the center of this move, playing a key role in shaping both the day-to-day operations and the overall workplace experience in our new space.About the RoleWe're looking for a proactive and highly organized Office Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our Austin headquarters. Supporting a team of ~65 employees, this role is central to how our office functions and feels.You'll serve as the face of the office, creating a welcoming, polished environment for employees, executives, customers, and visitors. This role blends operations, logistics, and employee experience, ensuring the office runs smoothly while fostering a positive and engaging workplace.This role reports to the Head of HR and works closely with the broader HR team.
