About EATS2SEATSEATS2SEATS is a startup that has grown into a national live-events operator supporting major collegiate and professional sports venues across the country. What began as a student-founded venture has evolved into a high-growth, tech-enabled platform powering concessions operations and staffing on some of the biggest game days in America. We operate at the intersection of sports, operations, and analytics; helping our partners drive revenue, optimize labor, and elevate the fan experience. Behind the scenes, we are building the systems, dashboards, and performance models that allow us to scale nationally while maintaining operational excellence. Our culture is fast-paced, performance-driven, and grounded in a championship mindset. As we enter our next stage of expansion, we are focused on strengthening the financial infrastructure that will support long-term, profitable growth. You can check out more of our journey and culture on our socials.Position OverviewThis is a hands-on role for someone who wants to own the financial foundation of a growing company. Build the systems, models, and processes that don’t fully exist yet. You will report to the Director of Human Resources and Payroll as well as the CEO, and have real visibility into how financial decisions shape strategy and growth. You will own budgeting and forecasting, revenue and margin modeling across markets and events, KPI dashboard development, cash flow management, and scalable financial controls. You will translate operational data into clear executive insight and help shape pricing strategy, labor optimization, and expansion decisions. You will also support day-to-day accounting operations — including monthly close, reconciliations, and compliance, and will receive the guidance and context needed to grow into full ownership of these functions. At our stage, the person who builds the strategy also needs to understand and manage the books, and we’re committed to developing you in that direction. As the company continues to grow and evaluate future capital opportunities, you will help prepare board-ready reporting and ensure financial discipline at scale. This is a clear path toward a senior finance leadership role as EATS2SEATS expands nationally.About YouYou have a strong foundation in accounting or finance, whether through a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, or early career experience in audit, advisory, corporate finance, or FP&A. You are looking for more ownership than a traditional path offers and are ready to step into real responsibility. You are analytical, detail-oriented, and disciplined, but also curious and operationally minded. You want to understand how the numbers connect to what happens on game day. You are comfortable building a structure where it doesn’t yet exist and thrive in environments where you can take initiative. You are motivated by challenge, high standards, and the opportunity to grow alongside a scaling company.
