If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want to be part of projects that make a lasting impact in communities, we’d love to hear from you.What You’ll DoAs a key member of our team, you’ll help keep projects and sales opportunities moving forward by providing administrative and customer support throughout the sales process.ResponsibilitiesFollow up on and process leads received by the Sales Department.Process customer orders through internal and external systems and manage the submittal process.Communicate shipping schedules, anticipated delays, and other important order information to customers.Coordinate shipments and monitor orders to ensure timely delivery.Track incoming bid opportunities, addenda, and bidder lists and maintain accurate information in Salesforce.Assist with the preparation of bid packages, proposals, presentations, and sales materials.Maintain and update opportunities, documents, and customer information in Salesforce.Answer and direct incoming calls for Sparks@Play.Provide general administrative support to the Sales Team and assist with special projects as needed.What We’re Looking ForCollege degree preferred or at least one year of related administrative, customer service, or sales support experience.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.Experience with cloud-based systems such as Salesforce and Dropbox is a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Occasional travel, including some overnight stays.A positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping create great places to play!Why Sparks@Play?At Sparks@Play, your work has a direct impact on the communities we serve.
