REAL ESTATE ANALYST📍 Dallas | Chicago | Kansas City | New York | St. Louis | Atlanta | Denver💰 $100K–$130K + Comprehensive BenefitsPOSITION SUMMARYA highly respected national law firm is expanding its Commercial Real Estate Finance team and hiring multiple Real Estate Analysts to support complex lender-side commercial real estate transactions across several major markets.This is an excellent opportunity for experienced commercial real estate paralegals or analysts who thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoy being deeply involved in sophisticated real estate closings from start to finish.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGSupport lender-side commercial real estate finance transactions through all phases of the closing processReview and analyze title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and related real estate documentationPrepare title and survey objection/review letters for attorney reviewCoordinate directly with title companies, surveyors, zoning consultants, and third-party vendorsAssist attorneys with due diligence efforts related to title, survey, zoning, and closing requirementsHelp obtain proforma loan policies, approved surveys, and zoning reports required for closingManage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detailWHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR5+ years of commercial real estate experience as a Paralegal or Real Estate AnalystStrong experience supporting lender-side commercial real estate transactionsHands-on experience reviewing: Title commitments, Surveys & Zoning reports (T/S/Z)Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with attorneys and clientsExceptional organizational and communication skillsParalegal Certificate or equivalent experience strongly preferredUndergraduate degree preferredIDEAL BACKGROUNDThe hiring manager is specifically seeking candidates who can clearly demonstrate:Depth of T/S/Z review experience (commercial experience strongly preferred)Exposure to a variety of deal types such as office buildings, retail centers, mixed-use developments, industrial projects, multifamily, hospitality, data centers, etc.Full lifecycle transaction involvement — not just one piece of the closing processADDITIONAL DETAILSMultiple openings available on this teamInterview process includes a short knowledge assessment related to commercial real estate transactionsCandidates should be comfortable working in a deadline-driven, client-facing professional services environmentIf you have strong commercial real estate closing experience and are looking to join a collaborative, nationally recognized team handling sophisticated transactions, we’d love to connect.
