CNC programmer/Designer

Extensive Daily use of photoshop, solidworks, mastercam, fusion360 and other digitization software. Use of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Autocad. Digitized parts for CNC router work as well as Eastman automated fabric cutting machine Created job specific programs using G-code and M-code to orchestrate the execution of multiple processes within single toolpaths in the manufacturing of custom metal plaques . Created CAD drawings of custom plaques to customers' specifications for review and approval of clients. Worked closely with clients, builders and programmers to create custom designs in accordance with customers' needs and specifications. Selected proper tooling for job specific tasks resulting in great cost savings to the company in the form of tool longevity, machining efficiency and near zero product loss. Performed daily, monthly and quarterly maintenance to ensure CNC routers did not experience downtime or equipment failures.
