Your focus will be on the strategic development and growth of the local domestic market.ResponsibilitiesLeading and developing the Partner Sales TeamExpanding and strengthening the local domestic sales channelResponsibility for team and market forecastingStrategic planning for market development and revenue growthChange management to continuously optimize processes and structuresRequirementsEducation – Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience – Minimum 5+ years in sales leadership, channel management, or business operationsExtensive experience within Belden or a similar industryTeam leadership and people management experienceStrong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skillsExpertise in Change Management and business transformationLanguage proficiency – Fluency in English; additional major European languages are a strong advantage.Let's Create Possibilities Together.Join a global community shaping the future of intelligent connectivity.
