With recent acquisitions of Bluedot, GroupBy, ViSenze and Crownpeak, Rezolve is accelerating innovation at the intersection of AI, commerce, and customer engagement.What’s the role?We are looking for a Head of Treasury who will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s treasury function, ensuring effective cash management, optimizing liquidity, managing financial risks, and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding the company’s financial health and supporting strategic growth initiatives.What will you be doing?Own global cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity management across fiat and stablecoin assets.Establish and manage digital asset treasury policies, including custody, wallet structures, and key controls.Monitor and optimise on-chain and off-chain liquidity while managing crypto market exposure.Identify and mitigate financial risks across FX, interest rates, and digital assets, including implementing hedging strategies.Manage and strengthen relationships with banking partners, custodians, exchanges, and liquidity providers.Maintain robust treasury operations, controls, and compliance frameworks, including system implementation and process improvements.Partner cross-functionally to support product innovation, market expansion, M&A, and capital strategy initiatives.Lead and develop the treasury team, driving performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Who are you?We don't believe in ticking boxes here at Rezolve.Here are a few skills that we feel would make you successful in the role, but we’d still love to hear from you if you feel you’d be a great fit.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a professional qualification such as ACT, CFA, ACA, or ACCA is preferred.7–10+ years of treasury or corporate finance experience, with proven leadership in a senior treasury role.Strong experience across cash management, funding, and risk management in a complex financial environment.Deep understanding of financial markets and instruments, with the ability to apply this knowledge strategically across the business.Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a track record of translating financial insight into sound decision-making.Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage and influence at senior and board level.High level of integrity and attention to detail, with a disciplined approach to compliance, governance, and financial controls.Strong leadership and team development capability, with a genuine commitment to building and mentoring high-performing finance teams.What we offer?Be part of an innovative and fast growing global company at the forefront of AI-powered commerceWork with a dynamic and collaborative team shaping the future of AI, commerce, and customer engagementOpportunity to make significant impact on the company's digital growth strategyOur CultureWe strive for success, are always pushing to do better, and work with pride and purpose together.
