We manage more than $5 billion USD in advertising spend across multiple platforms. The Role As a member of the Performance Department you will provide stability within the team by supporting your direct manager through mentoring, training and development. You will also apply expert‐level strategic thinking to promote sustainable project growth and ensure long‐term success in performance marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and contribute expert‐level projects autonomously, focusing on testing, creative problem solving, and client success. Communicate strongly with clients, solving problems proactively and managing expectations. Train and develop team members to achieve high standards of performance marketing. Influence product and service improvements within Thrive, aligning individual contributions with team objectives. First 30/60/90 Days First 30 days: familiarize with Thrive's mission, values, processes, complete onboarding, and build relationships. First 60 days: apply learning to client accounts, lead client calls, and support the Strategist with projects. First 90 days: become integrated and efficient contributor, mentor others. Qualifications Executed, maintained, and scaled performance marketing accounts of $100k‐200k USD media spend per month with consistently positive ROI across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Display, Programmatic, TikTok, Twitter, Spotify, and others. Experience collaborating with and supporting team members to achieve project and team goals; coached or mentored others. Advanced analytical skills with Google Sheets, Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau or similar; built dashboards. Managed performance media across various verticals, responsible for end‐to‐end projects. Successfully managed and grew client relationships, delivering strategic recommendations to expand business.
