Required Skills: Strong & proven track record in strategic project management and delivering complex solutions are essentialStrong working knowledge of Capital Markets structures, products, technology, and environmentsStrong knowledge of the trade lifecycle across products and asset classesExcellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and persuasive with the judgement and authority to provide insightful commentary to senior stakeholdersSeasoned business analyst or project manager experience in major/complex institutions ( Tier 1 banks or Top 4 consulting firms)Demonstrated analytical skills with follow-up and problem solving capability7+ years of relevant industry experience as a subject matter expert and skillset to drive change preferably with project management expertise tooExperience working with Front Office / Trading and Sales / Technology teamsStrong understanding of applicable regulations and compliance requirementsSlide creation and presentation, spreadsheet, and data analysis skills
