Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, and will be expected to have excellent organizational and conflict management skills.
The Program Manager is the liaison between the government project manager, the COR/CO, and the contractor’s personnel. The Project Manager shall:
Organize, direct, and manage contract operation support functions. Plan, manage, execute, and
finalize projects according to outlined process to include acquiring resources and coordinating
the effort of contractor’s personnel in order to deliver tasks according to this contract.
(a) Where required, define the project’s scope, objectives, goals, deliverables, and
oversee quality control in collaboration with the government lead.
(b) Submit all deliverables directly to the government lead and COR.
(c) Monitor the development, implementation, and operations and maintenance
requirements.
(d) Manage changes in project scope, identify and resolve issues, and devise contingency
plans.
(e) Manage and organize all customer drawings, documents, and files in such a manner
that allows for easy access to those who are required to do so.
(f) Assign projects to Design specialist based on workload and availability. Assignments
shall be coordinated with the SME and COR.
(g) Ensure all people tasked to a project are aware of critical dates.
(h) Data and policy collection with responsibility to compile policy and strategic guidance
to the COR and Government designated representative.
(i) Where required, estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project
goals in collaboration with the government lead and the COR.
(j) Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate contractor’s personnel.
(k) Effectively communicate project expectations to contractor’s personnel in a timely
and clear manner.
(l) Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones.
(m) Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise contractor’s personnel and influence them to
take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
The required qualifications and skills for the Program Manager include the following:
Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience managing personnel and projects with an annual
budget in excess of $1,000,000. Experience in Microsoft Office products. Demonstrate
experience in tracking and reporting project costs and schedules. Demonstrate
experience using CAD software.
Shall be located at the contractor facility with key personnel on a full-time basis unless
directed to attend meetings at or travel for project management purposes by the
COR.
Active Top-Secret Clearance is required.
The preferred qualifications for the Program Manager include the following:
Bachelor’s degree in business management, Information Systems Management, or
related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Pay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
