Anesthesiologist - Hospital ORs, No OB/Cardiac

Seeking a BC/BE MD/DO Anesthesiologist for a 6-month full-time assignment in a hospital setting with 2 ORs. The position involves 4-6 cases per shift with no call, primarily covering general anesthesia for surgeries such as general, orthopedic, gynecologic, and urologic procedures.Unit features include multiple anesthesiologists and CRNAs, with minimal oversight required for CRNAs. The EMR system used is Epic (HealthConnect).Shift hours are Monday through Sunday, 7 am to 5 pm, four days a week, including at least one weekend per month. Credentialing takes approximately 12 weeks; the start date is flexible. Housing and travel are provided if needed, with a bid pay structure. Covid vaccination is required.Ideal candidates should have experience with general anesthesia in various surgical settings, be comfortable working alongside CRNAs, and hold active CA licensure and BLS certification. No OB or cardiac experience required.
