Power BI Analyst

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports supporting business decisions. Build and optimize data models and DAX calculations for enhanced analytics and reporting performance. Integrate and transform data from diverse sources, including Databricks, Azure, and SQL databases. Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks for efficient data ingestion and transformation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as data engineers, business stakeholders, and product owners. Manage project tasks, track progress, and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies using Jira. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of data across all reporting solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve data quality and reporting performance issues. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Utilize strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to deliver scalable BI solutions.Technical Environment Power BI, DAX, Power Query Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake) SQL, Azure Data Platform (Data Factory, Synapse) Jira (Agile/Scrum) (Preferred) Python/PySpark, big data/warehousing concepts, data governanceExperience Required 5+ years in Power BI development Hands-on experience with Databricks and Agile methodologiesLocation: Miramar, FL (Onsite 4x per week)Duration: 6+ months
