If this is something you'd like to learn more about, apply today!Apprentice Lab Tester RequirementsPassion for Device Technology:We are looking for people that have a passion for IT and are looking to build their career in this fieldBasic knowledge of Networking Principles:General Network troubleshooting skills and knowledge:IP and Routing basicsAbility to set up Device Test Benches after training.Take direction and notes on proper set up procedure.Basic knowledge of Device Set UpUnderstand of ethernet cables, connecting into ports on modems, routers.Must hold a Technology/IT/Computer Networking Degree or applicable experienceApprentice Lab Tester ResponsibilitiesTest enterprise level equipment for At-Home networking/home routers and extenders in a lab environmentSet up new test configurations and customizations as the business/technical requirements ask forPrep test benches such as connect wires + run test scenarios that are already established as well as create new, from scratch test scenarios as the technical needs see fitTroubleshoot failed test scenarios by pulling logs and using creativity to solve the issueWrite up documentation in Jira for future references and accurately describe problems and solutions to the roadblocks at handTSG is an equal opportunity employer.
