Description Annapolis Internal Medicine is a long-established, physician-owned adult primary care practice in Annapolis, Maryland, seeking a physician to join our group in the fall season of 2026. Practice Overview 50+ years physician-owned and operated 8 physician partners, 13 APPs Integrated care model with care management, behavioral health, and nutrition Same‑day clinic separates urgent care from primary care schedules Position Highlights 4‑day clinical workweek Adult patients only No hospital rounding or admissions Minimal shared call 1 Saturday morning/month during year one (panel building) Support Structure Dedicated 1:1 medical assistant APP support for clinical care Care management team handles complex coordination Pre‑visit planning and streamlined workflows AI‑assisted documentation and inbox support (physician‑reviewed) Compensation & Benefits $260,000 base salary plus productivity bonus. Earning potential $300,000 or more. Relocation assistance dependent on location 401(k) with 3% safe harbor contribution. Does not require a matching contribution. Eligible 1st of the month following 90 days - 100% vested. CME allowance and 5 days paid time off for in‑person attendance Malpractice Health benefits (75% employer‑paid for employee for silver level plan. Can upgrade.) Dental and vision also available.
