Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Altadena, CA, for a Web Designer/Developer. The Web Designer/Developer will be responsible for designing and developing user-friendly websites and responsive interfaces. Daily tasks include creating custom web designs, incorporating graphics, ensuring compatibility across devices, and collaborating with team members to align digital designs with business objectives. Additionally, this role involves optimizing website performance and maintaining web standards for visual and technical functionality. Qualifications Proficiency in Web Design and Responsive Web DesignExperience with Graphic Design and creating visually engaging graphicsKnowledge of Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptStrong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibilityStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsBachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferredFamiliarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plusAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment
