Production Associate

Production Associate Join a leading manufacturer of low-maintenance and environmentally sustainable building products, focused on decking and outdoor living. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our shipping operations.Responsibilities:Work in the shipping area, primarily outdoors.Reband and rework decking material.Stand for at least 7 hours a day.Walk frequently, reaching outward constantly.Squat, kneel, and bend constantly.Essential Skills:Experience in production or general labor roles.Ability to inspect and ensure quality of products.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.Why Work Here?Be part of a company that values its employees and offers strong opportunities for advancement.
