This role will also help mentor co-op students and support technicians throughout the repair process to ensure efficiency, quality workmanship, and an exceptional customer experience.Location: Bergey's Detailer Center- Colmar, PAEssential DutiesAssist with creating and managing supplemental repair estimatesHelp review and finalize repair charges for accuracy and completenessProvide hands-on support to technicians throughout the repair processMentor and assist multiple co-op students in a shop environmentPerform quality control inspections on completed repairsAssist with touch-up work as needed to maintain repair quality standardsSupport parts inventory management and receiving processesHelp maintain an organized, safe, and efficient shop environmentWork closely with production staff to ensure timely vehicle deliveryCertificates, Licenses, RegistrationsPossess a valid Body Shop Estimators license for the state of PAMinimum 3 years of current collision estimating experience is requiredValid Driver's LicenseSuccessful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screeningBergey's is an equal opportunity employer.
