Team members are encouraged and rewarded for initiative, creativity, and going above and beyond in their roles.Role Description The Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Irving, TX, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a multi-unit residential property. Spanish speaking is preferred. This role manages leasing activities, including marketing available units, conducting tours, processing applications, and executing lease agreements. The Property Manager handles resident relations by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and fostering a positive, community-focused environment. Daily responsibilities include supervising maintenance requests, conducting regular property inspections, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards, and working with vendors and contractors as needed. The role also involves managing rent collection, tracking delinquencies, preparing basic financial and occupancy reports, and supporting ownership with operational updates and improvement initiatives.QualificationsStrong property management skills, including leasing, resident relations, rent collection, and vendor coordination.Bilingual in English and SpanishAbility to handle day-to-day operations such as maintenance coordination, property inspections, and adherence to safety and quality standards.Proficiency with property management software, basic office applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets), and digital tools used for scheduling and reporting.Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, teammates, and partners.Organizational and time management skills, including attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of fair housing regulations and standard leasing practices; familiarity with local Texas rental laws is preferred.Previous experience in property management, residential leasing, or a related real estate or customer-facing role is highly beneficial.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in real estate, property management, or business are a plus.Comfort working on-site in Irving, TX, with reliability and a strong sense of accountability to residents, the property, and the team.
