Assists in de-escalation incidents at the instruction of the Registered Nurse. Responsible for reporting safety concerns found during regular rounding of the facility. CPR and hospital-selected de-escalation technique certification, provided during orientation.Preferred: Associates degreeMaintains education and development appropriate for position.ExperienceRequired: Three to five years previous security experiencePreferred: Previous experience in a behavioral health or healthcare setting
