Job Title/Role: Functional & Automation Tester (Airlines Domain)Key Skills: Functional Testing (Web & Mobile), API Automation, Postman, automation frameworks, scripting languages & airline reservation systems.Experience: 6- 10+ YearsLocation: Dallas, TexasWe at Coforge are seeking an experienced Functional & Automation Tester (Airlines Domain) the following skill set:Key Responsibilities:Perform end‑to‑end functional testing of airline applications across booking lifecycle.Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts for regression and sanity testing.Execute API testing to validate integrations, data accuracy, and workflows.Test airline systems covering search, booking, pricing, PNR creation, ticketing, ancillaries and cancellations.Validate integrations with PSS and downstream airline systems.Understand and test airline business rules related to fares, availability, SSRs and taxes.Analyze requirements, prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.Log, track, and retest defects; work closely with development and business teams.Participate in release sign‑off, regression cycles, UAT support, and production validation.Required Skills & Experience:2+ years of work experience with Airlines.4+ years of work experience with Functional Testing.
