Key ResponsibilitiesService all aspects of client accounts, including policy changes, cancellations, and payments
Develop strong relationships with clients and carriers while ensuring customer satisfaction
Prepare necessary paperwork and enter activities in the AMS360 management systemRequired QualificationsProven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative
Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
Experience working in a high-volume work environment
