Field Account ManagerReSupply is seeking relationship-driven, mission-oriented professionals to join us as Field Account Managers. We strongly encourage veterans and transitioning military service members to apply, as the leadership, operational, and problem-solving skills developed through military service align closely with this role.As a Field Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of nonprofit partners, supporting both retention and growth. You'll spend significant time in the field building relationships, identifying opportunities to better serve partners, and helping expand the impact of our services.This is an opportunity to join a mission-first team working to reinvent the supply chain of charitable giving, turning household goods into meaningful support for communities in need.What You'll DoServe as the main point of contact for nonprofit partners, building strong, trust-based relationships through regular in-person engagementManage and grow a portfolio of accounts, focusing on partner success, retention, and expansionIdentify and develop new partnership opportunities within your regionSupport onboarding and ensure new partners are set up for successProactively identify challenges and opportunities, recommending solutions that add valueCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Support teamsTrack account activity and maintain accurate reporting in CRM systemsWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for candidates who bring strong leadership, adaptability, and a commitment to mission-driven work.
