JOB_POSTING-3-73513-16Job DescriptionRole Summary/Purpose:The Senior Specialist, Inside Sales analyzes individual Store performance and consults with the Store leadership team to maximize the Credit Program usage and growth. This role reports to the Client Initiatives Group and partners with Client Teams to provide consultation, analytics, and new product knowledge to increase the credit programs usage and drive applications.This position is remote, where you have the option to work from home. On occasion we may request for you to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events. Occasionally you may be required to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as business or team meetings, training and culture events.Essential ResponsibilitiesConduct phone consultations to educate the store employees of the credit program, the benefits, rates, and strategies on how to best offer to improve their stores financial performance.Consult with leadership and staff to ensure a strong knowledge of the programImplement action plans for low performing stores that will result in increased usage and applicationsPartner with client teams to meet goals for assigned territoryDevelop long term client relationships, capitalize on opportunities, satisfy customer needs, and increase salesDemonstrate to our partners how to use the new product knowledge to optimize their business performanceUse a consultative approach to provide value added best practices, new tools, and performance information to strengthen relationships with our partners.Respond to inbound calls generated as a result of Marketing campaignsDeliver on Quality Assurance standards set forth by the organizationPerform other duties and/or special projects as assignedQualifications/RequirementsMinimum of 1 year of telephone sales/field sales/collections experience and high school diploma/GEDDemonstrated ability to use various software programsFlexibility to work M-F with fluid scheduleProven ability to work autonomouslyDesired CharacteristicsBA or BS degreeSpanish/English fluencyTelephone Sales / Field Sales, Collections experience in the financial services or retail industries.Professional and consultative selling skills with emphasis on influencing others to take actionAbility to work in a teamAnalytical thinker with excellent presentation, organization, communication and time management skillsGrade/Level: 07The hourly rate range for this position is $24.50 - $34.00/hr USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience or skill level.Eligibility RequirementsYou must be 18 years or olderYou must have a high school diploma or equivalentYou must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding processYou must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
