Business Analyst

As a Business Analytics Analyst, you will play a critical role in turning data into actionable and predictive insights that drive product, growth, and operational decisions across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities across product, operations, marketing, and clinical performance metrics.Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools for stakeholders across the business.Partner with product, engineering, operations, sales, and clinical recruiting teams to define KPIs and measurement frameworks.Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic decisions, including market sizing, cohort analysis, funnel performance, and retention modeling.Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives by designing tests, analyzing results, and communicating learnings.Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality, integrity, and availability.Monitor business performance and proactively surface risks and opportunities to leadership.Assist in the development of forecasting models to support planning and budgeting cycles.Deliver predictive analytics that help the business predict clinician demandMaintain documentation of data definitions, methodologies, and reporting standards.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.2–4 years of experience in a business analytics, data analytics, or related role.Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.Strong proficiency with Power BI.Experience in working with API integrations.Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.Experience in healthcare, health tech, or mobile technology industries is strongly preferred.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly.Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
