Commercial Lines Account Manager

Krug specializes in delivering sophisticated risk management and insurance strategies typically reserved for larger organizations, while maintaining the personalized service of an independent firm.Position Summary: This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day servicing and communication for an assigned book of business while building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and carrier partners. Responsibilities include pre-qualifying and underwriting new business submissions in accordance with carrier and agency guidelines, preparing policies, endorsements, audits, auto ID cards, invoices, and certificates of insurance, and ensuring accurate billing documentation. The position also involves preparing new business quotes through carrier quoting platforms and collaborating directly with underwriting teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions and exceptional client service.Qualifications:2 – 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in the Insurance industryExcellent relationship-building and strong communication skillsMust be success-driven and a self-starter with excellent teamwork skillsAbility to develop and build relationships with various agency partnersStrong written/verbal presentation and listening skillsAble to provide unmatched service in order to maintain high client retentionAbility and desire to work independently or with a team
