Job Summary:
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate new business while maintaining customer satisfaction. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing sales opportunities, all while promoting the turn brand’s core values. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to work independently to achieve both short-term and long-term sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth & Lead Generation: Identify and target new business opportunities to drive sales growth across multiple product categories, including cannabis, hemp, and functional beverages.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Product Knowledge: Master in-depth product knowledge and effectively communicate the benefits of turn’s diverse offerings to customers, helping to drive brand advocacy.
Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value and innovation of turn products.
Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to execute regional sales strategies and goals, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
Contract Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and securing new accounts.
Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, addressing any concerns or questions to ensure a positive experience.
Reporting & Metrics: Track sales progress, including calls, meetings, and closed deals, and report regularly to the Sales Manager using CRM tools and sales dashboards.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify opportunities for sales growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Service, etc.) to ensure that sales activities align with company goals and customer needs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the cannabis, beverage, or lifestyle industry.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close sales, and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
High-level organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Pay: Salary Range- $75 to $90K, Commission 2.5% to 3%
