This role is ideal for a proactive Senior Accountant who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsManage general ledger activity and ensure accuracy of financial dataAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and grant trackingSupport month-end and year-end close processesEnsure compliance with nonprofit accounting standards and regulationsCoordinate audits and assist with preparation of audit schedulesPartner with internal teams to support financial transparency and reportingMentor junior accounting staff and support team developmentQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field3–5+ years of progressive accounting experienceNonprofit accounting experience preferredStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reportingExperience with fund accounting and grant reporting is a plusExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsIf you are a passionate Senior Accountant looking to grow within a nonprofit that values its people and promotes from within, we encourage you to apply.
