Role Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a full-time, on-site role located in Longboat Key, FL. The Maintenance Technician will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct repairs on a variety of equipment and systems to ensure the smooth operation of residential properties. Responsibilities include executing preventive maintenance tasks, resolving equipment failures, and collaborating with team members to maintain a safe and functional environment for residents. Qualifications Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Industrial MaintenanceStrong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issuesExperience in Maintenance & Repair of property systems and facilitiesAbility to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members, residents, and managementCapability to work independently and adhere to safety protocolsPrevious experience in residential or commercial property maintenance is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a bonusPhysical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods
